• Drawing up a statement declaring that the original document has been seen by a (candidate) civil law notary of Westport Notarissen N.V. at the offices of Westport Notarissen N.V., of which statement a copy of the provided document shall be an annex.
• Providing the client with the original and the digital scan of the certified true copy.
