• Collecting and assessing the required data in various registers (Personal Record Database (“BRP”), VIS, Central Register of Guardianships and Fiduciary Administrations and Insolvency Register) and verifying your personal information (marital status, marital property regime, legal capabilities).
• Overseeing and legalizing the signature of the provided document, which signature is placed by the signer on the document in the presence of a (candidate) civil law notary of Westport Notarissen N.V. at the offices of Westport Notarissen N.V.
• Providing the client with the original and the digital scan of the legalized document.
